Now Available: Accredited Reference Materials from LVA

LVA GmbH is expanding its product portfolio and now offers high-quality, accredited reference materials for mycotoxins. These standardized substances are essential for calibrating analytical instruments and ensure precise and comparable analyses of mycotoxin samples. By using these reference materials, laboratories can minimize risks to public health and food safety by improving the quality and accuracy of mycotoxin analysis.

The current portfolio includes both single standards and innovative mix solutions. The latter represent a novelty on the market in the accredited environment and offer significant advantages for mycotoxin laboratories. They enable more efficient workflows, reduce pipetting effort, and minimize potential sources of error in sample preparation. Additionally, they optimize resource usage and contribute to the standardization of analytical procedures.

ISO 17034 Accreditation Achieved

At the end of February 2025, LVA GmbH successfully received ISO 17034 accreditation following a witness audit conducted in November 2024 in the presence of the European accreditation authority. This means that mycotoxin reference standards can now be offered under officially accredited conditions.
