More than 160 papers in peer reviewed journals, 16 book chapters, 6 patents; Convenor of the national Codex Alimentarius Work Group on Food Hygiene; External expert to the Institute for Reference Materials and Methods (IRMM), Geel; current President of the Austrian Society of Microbiology, Hygiene and Preventive Medicine.
