Assessment

A marketability test is performed to determine whether and in which form a product can be placed on the market. Our experts examine all the necessary parameters, depending on the type of product, legal regulations and other guidelines (the Austrian Food Code/Codex Alimentarius Austriacus). An accredited assessor draws up a marketability report if the assessment is positive.

A technical review of declarations ensures that the label satisfies all legal requirements.

This is conducted according to the Food Information Regulation, as well as other product-specific regulations (Health Claims Regulation, Frozen Foods Regulation, special regulations for certain foods such as honey, olive oil and many more).

Analysis results are rarely self-explanatory. Quick and accurate interpretation of current findings requires expertise and experience. We are delighted to assist our customers in the clarification of test results according to legal, corporate or product-specific requirements.

With corresponding test results, we are happy to issue certified certificates, such as health or export certificates.
